Lennon Skye, born in NYC, is a dynamic young dancer, model, and actress whose passion for performance began as soon as she could walk. Now based in Florida, Lennon trains intensively with an elite competitive dance team, traveling across the US to perform and compete at leading dance conventions. Although Lennon studies a wide range of dance genres, her first love has always been Hip-Hop. She took her very first Hip-Hop class at the age of 3 and has been captivating audiences ever since with her electrifying stage presence and undeniable star quality.
While she was not initially as technically strong as many of her peers, Lennon quickly recognized that proper technique would be essential to her growth as a dancer. Through determination and relentless effort, she continues to push herself in the styles that challenge her most. What began as one weekly Hip-Hop class has transformed into a life dedicated to dance—training 15–20 hours per week and competing more than ten times each year.
Lennon’s talent has been recognized with scholarships at every convention she has attended. Some of her most notable accomplishments include placing in the Top 20 Mini DOTY at Revel Nationals, as well as performing in the Revel Nationals Gala Closing Show, Revel Regionals Closing Show, and at the FGCU Basketball Halftime Show. Expanding her artistry beyond dance, Lennon booked a national television commercial with Adidas Basketball for Donovan Mitchell’s Cleveland Cavs D.O.N. Issue 7 sneaker. She has also modeled for Five Dancewear and walked the runway at their Five World Convention and will walk for NYFW this February!
Known for her signature Hip-Hop & Jazz Funk style, Lennon lights up every stage with her bright smile, charisma, and infectious energy. Lennon is currently under the mentorship of Tiffany Maher for 2 seasons, and Menina Fortunato through The Business of Dance mentorship program. She has trained with renowned choreographers including Phil Wright, Kelly Sweeney, Jona Biddle, Matthew Deloch, Cole Mills, Christina “Pasty” Grady, Angela Carter, Rhonda Miller, Cyrus Spencer, Jawkeen Howard, Christy Leigh, Brittany Howard & many more.
Lennon thrives on bringing choreography to life, expressing her individuality, and standing out in a crowd. A fashion enthusiast, Lennon loves showcasing her personal style both on and off the stage. Recently, she partnered with her mentor Tiffany Maher’s athleisure line, Cloud9line, blending her passion for fashion with her dance journey. With big dreams for the future, Lennon is eager to continue her training in New York and Los Angeles as she works toward a career in the commercial jazz world. Her passion, work ethic, and vibrant artistry promise a bright future ahead. On her free time Lennon can be found experimenting with makeup looks, creating nail designs and making fun TikTok’s with her friends.
